Sell those SE heads and use the $$ to have your heads ported and set up for the right cc's that you need to achieve the compression ratio desired. Use flat tops with the tw6 and have your head guy set your heads for 10.1 CR and you'll be a very happy camper. Don't forget the 1.9 intake.
You don't seem to be grasping how the combustion chamber volume affects the compression ratio. Try this calculator, it may help you grasp it better
