ruger44 is on a distinguished road
After rebuilding my FXR I had a vibration that I did not have before I rebuilt it
The front pipe was barely rubbing my floor board where it passed under the front of the floor board. I changed back to the orignal pipes and vibration gone.
These bikes are very smooth if the enginge/trans is isolated from the frame as designed by the moco any other contact other than the rubber mounts will be passed on to the frame. The pipes attach onto the transmission with a bracket and spacer, I tried to take a pic of the bracket on my bile but I had it powder coated black and now you can not see it. It is shown in the service manual.
I do like the looks of the pipes you are running and don't see a problem mounting them at the transmission with the proper bracket.
Awsome FXR you have.
