The one thing that keeps going through my mind. is the oil pan gasket the oil passage goes through the gasket surface. If the gasket were damaged at the oil port it could suck air. one way to test this theory out would be to overfill the oil tank so that the level is well above the joint between upper and lower halves.
Good luck
Chris
Hi Chris...
i have already had the oil pan out of the bike few days ago, didnt find anything wrong, the original gasket was fine... i reinstalled the pan & new gasket, new oil & filter. I had also put the original camplate/pump back in a few days ago to see if i had the same issues, and the original pump has great pressure and flow. So i`m kinda ruling out everything before the camchest on back to the oilpan.

I will surely let you guys know what i find out when i find out the problem with this SE Billit pump kit.

A big HUGE word of thanks to you ALL, on this forum,
for ALL your help & idea`s, i am forever greatful to you all.
