The biggest thanks is to boriqua_biker He is the one who had that service bulletin and posted it. This has been a learning experience for me too I had no idea that there was a difference in the cases between 99 and 00.My only experience with HD is with my 1999 ultra. I have had almost every thing apart to update it or rebuild. I just recently did my 103 conversion which took me through the same experience you have been dealing with. I have three dealers in about a 20 mile radius. only one will I buy more than oil from. It is the one wear they remembered my name. I am now on a first name biases with the parts manager and he has been a great help to me over the years. If he did not know a answer he would get on the phone and find out for me.
I wonder if this is the only major difference between the 99 and 00>. Hope you are on the road soon good luck.

Well its a no go folks....!
I tapped & plug the hole, still no oil pressure.
I made sure of every step VERY carefully, but still no oil pressure.
Does any of you have a way to post/upload that bullitin to me...?
What comes in that support kit...? Maybe i missed something else (???)
