I have a similar situation in Central Maine. Dealer has a care less attitude about customer service, they have people behind the parts counter that don't know anything about the inside of these engines, so parts ordering is frustrating. Service department is a joke. I ordered an HD tool over the phone and after a week of waiting, I called for an update on my order, and come to find out, it never got ordered, meanwhile my bike sits in my garage with the motor tore apart, so I feel your pain. To give credit where its due, I brought my business to North Country HArley in Augusta Main and they have been outstanding. Supportive, knowledgable, and genuinely concerned about satisfaction.
