What I find interesting on my 99 motor dose not have the boss and o ring counter bore. So what I am saying what I thought my motor to be a A type motor IE a non balance shaft motor is in fact a pre revision A case as with Larry's. So the twin cam cases fall in several revisions the original 99 castings the 99 A revision castings the 99 B revision (balance shaft) I an not sure about 04 when they went away from the tapered rollers and 07 96 cid family of cases.
