It's a fuel supply issue, either it's not getting to the injectors, the injectors are clogged/malfunctioning, or the SERT is going screwy.
You could throw a lot of money at it replacing parts, but the best thing would be taking it someone that works with the SERT, that has the test equipment to check it and the fuel delivery system.
