I have a 04 Road King and I suddenly seem to have a lean running condition.
When I let off the gas while ridding I am getting alot of popping out the exhaust and while ridding along I get an occasional hiccup like from the engine. When you try to get on it there seems to be a lack of power.

Now a little history, I pulled the tank off last winter and hod the dealer send it to Harley to be painted,they reinstalled the fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator, could this be the problem? Just guessing but that is the last thing that was messed with, it semmed to run alright before.

Any other ideas?
