Use the temp based priming and and iac to add fuel and air for the cold starts. If it is real cold I will cycle my start switch 2 to 3 times. You could do a live view to see what the afr is when you start cold and make sure it is rich. I keep my blm's at 90-95% when I start up hot so the efi has plenty of fuel to meet the engines needs when cold.
