Bought Some New Pipes
The bike had SuperTrapp pipes on it when I bought it, but they must have been for a softtail because the guy had the rear mufflers solid mounted to the frame. Consequently both pipes broke off the mufflers from the motor shaking, and I also noticed the front pipe was resting on the frame. So I decided to buy new pipes, but as you guys know there isn't many to choose from.
I listened to the few different pipes available for the FXR on You Tube, I seemed to like the Bubs Stubbies the best. After calling some places that had them on their website, I found out they are discontinued. Fortunately I found some in stock at Cycle Empire in Milwaukee, so I placed an order for them today. I expect to get them sometime this week, because they are less than 100 miles away from me.
