Ok, start over at cell 1, walk through it until you get to cell 18, and try again.
Look to make sure the little bar between the cell number and the program number is not lit, as that would mean you are at -7, and you need to be (+)32.
The bar on means -, and it off means+.

If it still won't load, call V&H to return it to them for repair or replacement.

Sent the FP to V&H they upgraded all is fine
