NM I remember the same thing so I went ahead and turned mine off and it did a lot better. Hope no snow tomorrow so I can try a few other adjustments I made today.
I looked at your log and it didnt seem out of wack...
Your IAC looked very normal. Your BLM/AFR still looks like it needs to be narrowed down a bit.. a few 80's and 110's so that may help some or are your AFR's set to rich.. although I am not sure what a Hi IAC would sound like but it looks like you are in pretty good shape.......... again although I really dont know much.

.. check with GMR to be sure....
