What is it that you are fighting that may require 120 runs to get dialed in? That is incredably time consuming. I really think, with some creative engineering, we can get this way down in the required time. Could you email me a data log off a bike that you feel is about 50% tuned and then let me see how close I can guess the final tune. I would need the logs off a o2 equiped bike with the majority of the AFR table set to 14.6
Just run it on the dyno as if you are just calmly driving down the road. Better yet, a data log off a bike driving on the streets.
