Ok, lets delve into the too hot Issue.......

Does it run as hot on the front pipe as well, or just the back one?
Did it start doing this before you installed the pipes, right after you installed the pipes or some time after you installed the pipes?

I need to know to help you farther.

Its running hot on the rear pipe only . I just installed the duals this past weekend and noticed the problem right away . I can't say if this was happening
prior to the new pipe install or not . I never really looked for hot pipes prior to this and the way the cross over area is shielded it would easy not to notice .
