'For a stage one, this is really a waste of your money, as all it really needs is the fuel curve changed, and this is basicly what the fuelpak does, all withoput the need to spend 100's on a tech to dyno it in.
For what you want to do, it sounds like the fuelpak is just what you need, and what I would recommend.
But If you want to build a high output engine later on, you will need to get a SERT or some other system to build a fuel and timing curve for it.
But the nice thing about the fuelpak, if you plan this years off, you can use the fuelpak now, and then remove it, it does not change the program inside the computer, so it is like you still had a stock bike when you go to build your new program.
In other words, it is completely revresable.
No wires to cut of tap, just plug it in, enter the program, and your all ready to go.
