Hi Terry.
Vance and Hines is trying(As I understand) to get the fuelpak C.A.R.B approved.(California air resources Board.) So they have decided to not release the how it works to the general public at this time.
They have thought about making a tuners CD for dyno tuners, but with your bike, I really don't see a need to, just use the pre-made program for it, and you should be good to go.
Assuming your bikes program is the same as a US model, you should be use there info provided, but you should check with V&H to verify as the International models maybe using a different base program.
