I used this set-up and the bike seems to run okay but I am concerned that these settings may refer to HD slip-ons and not Sampsons. I emailed V&H tech support and here is their response. FP-1718 is also a good map! if it works well stay with it. Every bike is a little different. By adding the Fuelpak you get the most out of your pipes, you avoid running lean and ruining your engine, and you should also see a much crisper throttle response.
Can you help me out? I am somewhat of a novice.

Hi.
Well, I believe the oval slip on they are talking about it the V&H oval.
I checked the website, and they do not have a listing for Samson slip-ons, but if you use the other slip-on, it says to use FP-1745 if a quite baffle.
If a loud one, try the FP-1791.
You can try those, but I think you need to call Vance and hines for help on this one.
