I installed the Fatcat, big sucker and Fuel pak 2 nights ago and had allot of decel popping. Last night I switched 23 from 16 to 50 like I have read here and other forums, and now get a single backfire or something that sounds similar. Should I try 35? I also noticed some surging at low rpm's and am getting some blueing of the pipes. It is definitely faster and louder. I hope to get this all sorted out before a trip down to Panama City FL next weekend for the thunder on the Beach rally.

50 you say?
Wow usually they suggest going to 15 from 16, is it possible you miss heard there suggestion?
I would suggest you try the 15 in cell 23 and recalibrate cell 19 (throttle calibrate) and see if that helps, if it makes it worse, go back to the 50.
That is the cool thing about these fuelpaks, you can play with it a bit and go back all you want.
A single pop on a shift is usually you not shutting the throttle closed on shifting.
