I have the complete stock air filter assm (but not the football cover) from my '06. Make me an offer (PM me, I take paypal btw).

As for the warranty issue, unless the air filter/air cleaner you are using is the cause of the problem your having, the stealer can't deny the repair be done under warranty. Google "Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act" to find out some useful issue. I just had some major heart surgery done on my motor, all under warranty, and my bike is no where near stock (check my mod list below). Good luck...
