06 Heritage, with SE Pro II slip-ons, SE air filter did the upgraded ECM via dealer basic Stage I.

Hi.
On a 2006, and i will assume no O2 sensors, the Power commander will let you change the timing as well as fuel delivery.
But you should do this on a dyno to get it set right, the fuelpak is far more user friendly. letting you do it your self at home.
I like the fuelpak for stock stage one bikes, if you plan to do cams and head work in the future, the PC would do you better in the long run.
But If you are going that route, I would go with the SE Race tuner.
