When I was looking for a new bike. I was looking at the softtails and sportsters. Well I bought a 02 sportster 1200 custom. I change the bars went from drag bars to a small set of buck horns, re-jetted the carb and put on a set of D&D slip on, and added more chrome. It runs grate and I love it. And yes it is a girl bike. They love to ride on it. IM getting ready to change the spokes on the front wheel. My spokes turned gray on me from having it down south for two months, Damn salt air I think did it. Going to put a set of stainless twisted and polished on next week. It should make the bike look better. If that's possible.
