I used the gum and I doubt I could do it w/o the gum. I tried the patch but I don't smoke while sleeping so getting nicotine at night never seemed right to me. But whatever works for you is great.
I'm not a religious nut of anything like that, just trying to stay alive. It's a hard thing to do but once you have quit there is a real sense of accomplishing something important. Plus you can put that cig money toward more Harley parts. ;-)
