Agree about the customer support.
Pete was very patient with me, like when I couldn't read the small print on the injectors and had to goback inside to get my glasses.
So far from what I noticed on the test ride, the bike really pick up on the throttle response and the pipes had a better sound. will be purchasing the Auto tune system in a few weeks to take advantage of the closed loop monitoring and tuning.
