A source for tickets
Off of the official H-D site:
"For those who did not purchase a Celebration ticket package, a limited number of free tickets to the Party will be made available through Harley-Davidson dealers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Minnesota beginning August 13, 2003."
My guess is that Harley dealers in the Milwaukee area would be given more of the free tickets than those in say, Iowa. I don't know what Harley's policy on this is going to be, but since they mention the word "free" - I would imagine that they would frown on dealers selling them - but it would be difficult to prevent.
If you have connections at a dealership in any of those states, you might want to think about calling them soon.
